From spec sheets to fabric, we understand and value the work that goes into designing your collection. Quality is not to be traded for time. Our team is dedicated to helping designers make fashion beautiful.
We offer CMT services, with a particular focus on sampling and small production runs. Our speciality is womenswear including RTW, evening gowns, and bridal wear, including corsetry. Our highly skilled team can work with all woven fabrics including silk, satin, chiffon, embroidery, organza and print placement.
We are a fashion-led studio and understand the importance of a deadline. Our aim is to deliver beautifully made garments, to spec and on time.
Our product development service is available to assist emerging designers looking to launch their brand.
With a dedicated project manager assigned to each project, our goal is to elevate the collection to a high standard and for every style to be production-ready. The project manager will create a bespoke critical path with clear deadlines and maintain regular communication to ensure every milestone is met.
What We Do
Pattern Cutting
With an eye for detail, and years of fashion and design experience, our Gerber pattern cutters can create digital patterns for your designs, guiding the way for your collection to be ready for production. We will host you at our studio for in-house fittings.
Collection Development
Our experienced team of Garment Technologists, Product Developers and Pattern Cutters help launch your ideas into physical garments. We can help you with your spec sheet, tech packs, where to source your fabric as well as guidance on measurements and construction details. This is one stop shop solution for you.
CMT Sampling
We work with your patterns, fabrics and trims to deliver your garments on time and on spec.
CMT Production
Cut, Make, Trim (CMT) production is our core service - we cut, make and trim your designs into fully produced garments ready to be shipped to your warehouse or logistics centre.

Machines
We use state of the art machines, however, the true value comes from our skilled staff who understand the quality required from luxury brands to help us deliver beautiful garments for our clients.

Cutting
Our studio is fitted with an 11-metre long table which allows for skilled laying and cutting of fabric for production.
With over 40 years of experience, our highly efficient cutting team endeavour to save costs by using the least amount of fabric for your styles.
We use a straight knife cutter, rotary cutter and scissors for sampling.
Digital Development
In our studio we have a dedicated area fully equipped for Digital Pattern Cutting.
We are able to import and export a variety of pattern formats as well as transform a draped style into digital file, allowing us to amend the pieces with Accumark Gerber.
